6.4. ComVerse website launch (Q1 2023)
As mentioned in section 4.8, a new website will be built and launched to further implement the ComVerse brand independence from Combased.
Whilst there will be brand independence, the relationship and ties between ComVerse and Combased will not weaken in any way, and Combased will continue to manage ComVerse as part of the greater Combased Group initiative.
